Hiring the Best

This course will teach managers how to structure the interview process in order to identify, evaluate, and hire the best candidate for the job. It will take students step-by-step through the hiring process. They will learn to identify job requirements, measure and rate these skills, conduct an interview that is legal and efficient, and examine reference checks. Scenarios present examples of effective interview techniques with positive outcomes as well as ineffective techniques that demonstrate potential interview pitfalls.
